    Hi,

    I have gone through your blood sugar levels and understood your concerns.

    Blood glucose of 93 mg/dL falls into normal sugar range. It you have measured fasting, two hours after eating, or anytime during the day (random), then, it is all normal, within normal range.

    What I want to discuss next is the reason why you took sugar test? Do you have any unusual symptom recently? Or it was just a routing check up?

    At the end, I would recommend to always continue eating healthy foods, do regular physical activity to keep the blood glucose as normal as you are doing right now.
