    Hello,
    I received your message and carefully read it, and understood your concerns.

    Your mother has a random blood glucose (BG) 204mg/dl which is a bit high but it can be considered normal in various situations.

    A random blood glucose has no meaning in indentifing diabetes. Your mother needs to run other tests in order to diagnose diabetes properly. Please run a fasting blood glucose level and send the result to me. HbA1C test is also advised to run. This will help us understand what the mean of your blood glucose level has been up the last three months.

    Apart lab reports, I need to know more about your other symptoms your mother may have (frequent urination? urinating more or less? fatigued? general malaise?). I need to understand why she says not to be feeling well? Tell me more about her previous medical history, what other diseases or illness she might have?
