    I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

    To say if taking Veltam is the same as taking Tamdura, we should look into their composition properties.
    Veltam is a brand name for generic Tamsulosin 0.4 mg, which is an alpha-adrenergic blocker. It can help relax the muscles of bladder neck, thus making it easier for the urine to flow in the urinary pathways.

    Usually, it is used in patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (enlargement) improving urination.

    Tamdura is another brand for generic Tamsulosin. It is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd; while Tamdura is produced by Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

    Here I should stop and ask if you are taking Veltam or Veltam Plus, as they are not the same thing. Veltam plus is a combination pill containing Tamsulosin (0.4 mg) and Dutasteride (0.5 mg). Can you please specify which of Veltam pill are you currently taking?
