I guess it a prostate enlargement

    I understand your concern, but the hypothetical diagnose you have thrown does not seems right, unless you have other concerns and you have not specified them.
    Prostate enlargement may be one of the causes of constipation, but it is a condition that happens only when the prostate volume is too large. If this happen, it would be strange if you do not feel any other concern, like urinary burns, bleeding during urination. To eradicate your concern, you should have an appointment with the urologist. Required analyses in such cases are:
    – abdominal ultrasound
    – PSA
    – rectal prostate exploration
    Sometimes constipation is caused by malnutrition or low consumption of fluids.
    Try to eat healthy, integrate veggies, liquids in your diet. Try to exercise, or at list to have a walk, it helps improving the intestinal motility.
