Hello Alex,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.
First, we should understand what is causing heart palpitations when sit down.
Should run the following diagnostic tests:
– echocardiogram
– EKG
– Holter monitoring
to rule out cardiovascular issues like arrhythmia.
If nothing will get detected, then, should run a few blood tests:
– complete blood count to rule out anemia
– blood electrolytes to rule out respective deficiencies
– thyroid profile
After determining the cause, then, can treat it adequately, so you won’t feel heart palpitations when sit/lay down anymore.
