Sign of paralysis?

Question

I noted my face is not symmetrical anymore, even my smile goes to left side. I’m feeling some pain in left arm from recent. Is this a sign of physical paralysis? What kind of doctor I should see? Im 45 years, have diabetes and high cholesterol (controlled with drugs – not severe conditions)

    Hello,

    I am sorry for the problems you are facing.

    I suggest to consult with cardiologist as soon as possible. I suspect possible TIA (cerebrovascular accident).
    Neurologist should be also get consulted further.

    You need various tests including:
    – a complete cardiac check up: EKG, echocardiogram, Stress test
    – brain MRI
    – complete blood tests
