Lethargic and no energy and palpitations. I have been on antibiotics for five weeks for dental problem..

    Hello

    Possibly due to dental abscess that your dentist put on antibiotics for 5 weeks now .

    Should take:
    – probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
    – lots of fluids especially water and oral rehydration salts

    Once the abscess will get eradicated, you’ll gain energy again.

    Eat healthy and keep well hydrated.
