Odd Bump on Penis
Male: 34
Weight: 172
Location: Penile shaft
Sexually not active / Tested for STD’s regularly / Healthy in all other aspects
I can’t figure out what this strange bump on my penis is. It seemed to arrive a few months ago and has not gone away. Located right below the glans, on the left side of my shaft. It’s not painful, but can be squeezed firmly. It feels like it’s deep under my skin. Almost feels like a vein? When I pinch it between my fingers, it’s somewhat hard but does not seem to be irritated.

Doing some research it might be Lymphocoele, but I can’t tell for sure. Any ideas what this is? Will it ever go away? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I was going through the photo you sent in, and I too think of possible Lymphocele. Fordyce spot is also another possibility. You say not to be sexually active.
Here I want to ask if you’ve been masturbating? Sometimes, rubbing on the penile shaft can cause these bumps to appear.
Watchful waiting strategy is highly recommended.
Consult with dermatologist if that lump will persist or unusual symptom will appear.
Hope this answers your query. Let me know if you have any other concern.
