Hello im 20 years old girl

50 kg
I have been trying to lose weight for long time but nothing seems to really work so i decided to buy diet pills i know im not overweight but i deslike my body and i want to lose 5kg
The diet pills i bought are from germany and they sill them without the need of docotor its called hcg c 30

My question is : im really scared to take them will they cause side effect? Cancer? Or anything major? Will it really effect my health? Cause i cant find alot of info about this diet
