Question

I am having pain radiating from my shoulder blade across my shoulder and down my arm. There is also tingling and some numbness. What could it be and what should I do about it?

    Back pain radiating from your shoulder blade across your shoulder and down to your arm could be due to vertebral spine problem.

    If you are not having any difficulty in breathing and no spike or changes in blood pressure, then, most probably is due to muscular skeletal issues.

    Should take paracetamol in combination with ibuprofen. Apply analgesic cream locally on the vertebral spine from neck to lumbar area. Apply analgesic patch containing capsicum.

    Massage the area with essential oils (lavender or olive oil or Eucaliptus oil). If still no improvement, should see your caring doctor.
