Biopsy and lately my semen is cloudy again

Its been a year since my biopsy and lately my seamen is cloudy again should I been concerned

    I understand your concern.

    For your information, semen has a cloudy white to greyish color. So, basically, this is the color it should have. Biopsy is an invasive procedure, during which a part of the prostate tissues has been removed and further used to evaluate the changes there. Possibly, we should rule out or confirm any malignancy.

    Usually, biopsy is associated with the presence of blood in semen and sometimes, when urinating.
    The problem with semen is when the cloudy appearance should be present in urine. Or if semen will change to yellow or any color other than cloudy white. This might be indicating infection. Further semen culture should be carried out to get best treatment strategy.

    At last, from what you are describing, cloudy white semen is the normal color and appearance of semen. So, I do not see anything worrisome in here. For a more specific advice, you can send a photo of your semen to me to evaluate the changes myself.
