Thank you for sharing with us your health concern!
You did not specify if you suffer from diabetes, or if you are taking any medication. Is important also to let us know the fasting blood sugar values.
We need to know if glycemia is going bad from the beginning of the day, or it get worse during the day from the diet, so we need to know all these details to decide if you need to take medications, or suffice with lifestyle modification.
Anyway I am giving you some advices to take in consideration!
Keep in mind to eat 3 main meals per day and 2 snacks, or fruits between the meals.
Are highly recommended foods rich on fibers, like green salad, broccoli, cabbage, kale, and other vegetables. High carbohydrates foods aren’t very recommended. Also fatty foods should be avoided, if possible choose to cook food on steam, or boil, avoiding how as possible fried foods. Avoid all kind of street foods.
If you haven’t dyslipidemic disorders you can eat meat or dairies, they don’t contribute to increase blood sugar level.
As for the fruits, you need to know that they too have content of sugar. You can eat two-three fruits a day, if are high-sugar fruits like bananas, pineapple, pears, cherry, figs, grape, etc you should pay more attention, reducing the consume.
Try to drink liquids, if possible mineral water, all kind of fruit juices contain sugar, also the fresh fruit juices contain sugar. So you’ll do better eat the fruit than drink the fruit juice.
