Cialis side effects

- Hello. I am a 39 yo male without any health issues. I used 1 dose of 20mg cialis for enhancement and 24 hours later i had serious lower back pain and leg pain, to the extent that i cannot sleep during the night. It has been already 3 days since I took the pill. Will the synptoms wear off? Can it be a permanent damage?
