Decided to follow Gillian Michaels exercises

Question

I am 13 years old and I weigh 61 kg and I am 153 cm tall and decided to follow Gillian Michaels exercises but I want a menu that can be eaten at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Another thing I want to say is that I can not wake up well unless I drink tea but tea is forbidden in diet.

    I understand your concern.

    Usually, Jillian Michaels training exercise programme comes with meal menu with foods and drinks you can consume while on this programme. So, you should ask to get the daily menu from the traineer.

    Following is a general diet menu for those who want to lose weight while exercising:

    Breakfast Pre-workout:  Start with Warm fresh lemon squized water. Then after 30 minutes can eat hard boiled egg with a half slice of toast. This is before starting a workout, at least 1 hour before working out.

    Breakfast Post-workout: cottage cheese and fresh fruits.  You can have freshly made fruit juice. Remember should get something to eat or drink at least 45 minutes after working out.

    Lunch: Can have lunch 4 hours after morning exercise, not earlier. Remember : large meals should be consumed at least 4 hours before or after exercising. While small meals or snacks within 1 or 2 hours.

    As per lunch, should have baked chicken with vegetables with little olive oil. Do not forget to drink plenty of water.

    As per dinner: baked sweet potato with Greek yogurt.

    I repeat again, this is a general diet menu for workout regimen.
