Fasting blood sugar 190; after breakfast 260 mg/dL

Fasting blood sugar: 190
2 hours after breakfast: 260
I am exercising daily for 30 mins. My bmi is high 27. But have controlled food and intake of sugar has been reduced.

No caffeine or tea. Completely stopped drinking milk.

Still no change in blood sugar. What are the remedies to reduce blood sugar without medicine??

    I have just received your query and can say as following:

    I see that your blood sugar levels are really high: 190 fasting and 260 two hours after having breakfast.

    I think you might need a little help with prescription medicines. However, if you are still determined to reduce your blood sugar level (bsl) without them, I can advise as following:
    – have your meals regularly. Remember to have : a large breakfast; slightly light lunch and light dinner.
    – do not forget snack time: choose healthy snacks fruits, vegetables sliced or mixed with Greek yogurt; dried foods like nuts are another alternatives
    – try to walk after having your large meals; other physical activities that make you sweat should be run
    – drink plenty of water
    – consume more herbs for diabest like: bitter gourd, fenugreek, ginger, okra, gymnema sylvestre, cinnamon, etc. Can use fresh or as tea or even as supplements.
