Hi,
I have gone through your blood sugar results carefully and understood your concerns.
Getting a blood glucose of 103 through your glucose meter is not indicating any high level.
In whatever cases you might have measured it (fasting, after eating), the result is the same: It is not high and it is not dangerous.
However, I would recommend to enjoy a healthy life and eating healthy foods. Have your meals regularly, do not skip any.
Try to have regular physical activity such as regular walking for at least 30 minutes after having your large meals.
Include more healthy foods in your diet menu: more fruits, vegetables, avoid processed foods and high calorie foods.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have other concerns.
