[19:11] Visitor:: Not really, I have a bad back and do a little walking but that is the extent of my activity.

[19:13] Visitor:: Yes, but I don’t have the best eating habits. I am a very picky eater.

[19:14] Dr.Albana Sejdini: 1. The most important thing is to have your meals regularly
[19:15] Dr.Albana Sejdini: 2. The most important meals are breakfast and lunch, try to have light dinner
[19:15] Dr.Albana Sejdini: 3. Have frequent meals and snacks in between but in small portions
[19:16] Dr.Albana Sejdini: To be more specific, as you are very picky, what foods you prefer the most?
[19:16] Visitor:: Beans, rice, chicken, red meat, pork.
[19:18] Dr.Albana Sejdini: Fresh fruit and vegetables?
[19:19] Visitor:: Fruit and a few veggies. Green beans, corn, peas is the extent to my veggies.

[19:20] Dr.Albana Sejdini: Breakfast: oatmeal with low fat milk, 1 semi boiled egg
[19:20] Dr.Albana Sejdini: Breakfast around 7.30 or 8.00 am
[19:21] Dr.Albana Sejdini: Snack time: around 10.00 am. Mixed fresh foods (kiwi, apples, orange, etc)
[19:22] Dr.Albana Sejdini: Lunch time: around 12.00 or 13.00 p.m
Boiled veggies (whatever you like, cauliflower, potato, beans ,etc) with a slice of toast, and tomato salad (Greek salad)
[19:23] Dr.Albana Sejdini: Do not forget to drink a glass of water before having your meal
[19:24] Dr.Albana Sejdini: Snack time ( around 16.00 pm) dried fruits ( walnut, peanut not salty, almond ) , you can mix with fresh Greek yogurt
[19:24] Dr.Albana Sejdini: Dinner time (around 20.00 to 21.00 pm) beans soup, a slice.of toast
[19:25] Dr.Albana Sejdini: It is also important to have short walking after each main meal
