How to treat a really bad infection

I was wondering if you can soak cellite in empsant salt and should it stay rapped up or air out where it is draining really bad

    Hello,

    A photo of the cellulite wound is required to evaluate the changes myself.
    Usually, we do recommend Epsom salt for cellulite wound depending on the severity of the symptoms.
    I usually recommend my patients to mix up: 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar + 1 cup sea salt + 1/4 cup Epsom salt ; soak for 30 minutes. Then, dry it well for 1 hour. Then, apply the antibiotic ointment as prescribed by your doctor.

    Depending on the severity of the wound, may apply sterile bandage dressing.

    I also recommend to apply fresh aloe vera (inner part) locally to boost healing process.
