Huge Bruise Pain After 1 Week

Today is Saturday 12/31. Last Saturday, I hit my leg on the bottom corner of an open mini-van sliding door. The collage is the 48 hours after I hit it. The single picture is today.

Now today, the bruise is itchy, painful and feels tight. When I walk, it feels like my skin is pulled extremely tight. The middle of the bruise is hard and feels like a rock under my skin. I am having pain on the same leg but on the other side of my calf…I’m wondering if this is all normal for a bruise of this size? I’ve had larger bruises like this without knowing the cause of them and I’ve never had one hurt or itch like this. Any help is appreciated!
