My sugar is 284. I feel dizzy, room spinning. tired, sick to my stomach but no vomiting ate 2 eggs and some salmon today. yesterday cake ice cream, pasta breadsticks.
I have never felt like this before. I’m scared.

Hello!
May be this high blood sugar level is due to the hyper-caloric diet you had a day before. May be the dizziness is a result of the day before diet too. Dizziness is a condition triggered by such a great number of causes (physical and mental). Diabetes isn’t considered a disability since you take care to control your blood sugar level. Is always important for a diabetic patient remembering: not only taking the medication, but also attaching a regular daily physical activity and a careful diet.
If the condition persist please go to visit your doctor, may be you need to do some blood analyses and other examinations to see further.
