Itching, Red Color and Moisture

Since this year 2019, I’ve never had sex with any woman as my wife live in another country. There  are reasons behind sex avoid, I always have strong erection.

After 3-4days I drank blended Jack fruit and papaya, which Ialways do, and sometimes banana and papaya in large quantities.

So, later I began to feel moisture in my right hand side of my scrotum. It has a little malodorous. I sensed too  much sperm  and stopped taking it. Finally, it started itching, and within few  days it has RED color. What is the cause? I enclosed the picture.
