My Height is not increasing

I am 19 years old male and i am 158cm and my height is not increasing, please suggest me some food or supplements.

Hello,
You can increase some height at your age until 25 years old. Hopefully you will succeed:
Should eat healthy foods: rich in proteins, complex carbohydrates, essential fats, and nutrients and vitamins every day. Avoid junk food.
Stretching exercises is the key, together with swimming, jumping like during playing basketball.
Should sleep at least 8 hours at night without interruption. Avoid electronic stimulation at night like tv, cellphones, etc.
Avoid drinking alcohol or smoking
Should practice a good posture: upright position, shoulders back, slight curve in lower spine.
Exposure to sun as much as you can (natural vitamin D)
Wear shoes with lifts. These are regular shoes, but have lifts inside that will increase your height a few inches without looking irregular.
