My sugar level is 6.0 sometime is 5.4 5.6 5.9 Is it high?

Hello, 

I’ve been checking my sugar levels and I found 6.0, sometimes 5.4 or 5.6 or 5.9. I do not have any symptom. Is this considered high?

    I was going through your blood sugar level and I noted it ranged from 5.4 to 6.0. However, you are not telling when did you do the testing: fasting? after eating or random?
    You can write me back and add the time you measured.

    I am considering the fact that you have checked it randomly. The normal range for random blood glucose for an adult is 4.4 – 7.8 mmol/l (or 79-140 mg/dL).
    If we look at your glucose level, it is 6.0 or less. So, it falls within normal random blood sugar level range.

    However, I am still asking when did you run the testing?
