Sugar level is 369 this is after lunch 1 hour

recently i checked my sugar levels, my sugar 369 but i checked after lunch with in 1 hour and had tea before 10 mints check the sugar levels

    Hi,

    I understand your concerns.

    Blood sugar levels of 369 mg/dL are considered of high to dangerous level. However, we should not precipitate into final conclusions. We should make sure first.
    So, I highly recommend to check your blood glucose levels again another day as following:
    – after fasting for at least eight hours
    – two hours after eating; try to have a sugary juice (1 cup of water and dissolve 75 gram of sugar inside); then measure blood glucose after 2 hours
    – HbA1C test to measure the mean of your blood glucose the last 3 months.

    After running such tests, please send the results to me for a more personalized opinion.
    For the moment, I can only advise to make changes in your diet and lifestyle regimen.
