    Hi,

    I have gone through your blood sugar level report and understood your concerns.

    Now to explain a few things to you:
    – blood glucose of 107 is a bit high but not high enough to consider diabetes neither pre-diabetes.
    – there is a must to run a few more tests to determine the right diagnosis: fasting blood glucose test, oral glucose tolerance test, HbA1C test (to measure the mean blood sugar level for the last 3 months).

    Apart diagnostic tests, I highly suggest to start making some changes in your diet and lifestyle regimen; be more physically active. Be careful with types of foods you eat, amount and calories. Increase water intake.
