What do I do now?

I am a 44 year old female all over body pains unable to walk shortness of breath. I have previous diagnosis of allergies mast cell disorder lupus reflex sympathetic dystrophy. Health is worse now, more pain and unable to walk and do basic needs myself. Doctors are now telling me its nothing, when I am now sicker much more so than I was before. I have had many tests and minimal to no help. WHat do I do? Help myself? COme up with my own health plan? I cant keep going to doctors and getting no help these trips are getting harder to do.
